Delivery days are Monday through Saturday. Rental periods are 10 days. Customers will be charged an additional $6.00 per day rental fee after 10 Days. The customer is liable for additional fees for containers over the allowable weight limit. For details on fees, please contact our office.

Call office for any inquiries about additional or supplemental services and clean-outs. Other sizes and options may be available. Please see our available services, as well as our Terms of Service for additional information.

On receipt of container weight, any tonnage over the specified weight limit is charged an extra per-ton fee. Fees vary depending on county and state. Due to weather, road conditions and load contents, weight will be rounded up to the nearest half-ton. For more information about the weight limits and pricing, please feel free to contact us.

Terms & Conditions for Dumpster Rental

Waste Material -

Customer represents and warrants that the materials placed in the equipment shall be "waste material" as defined herein and shall contain no other substances. The term "waste material" as used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean sold waste generated by Customer excluding radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, asbestos, toxic or hazardous materials.

The term "hazardous material" shall include, but not be limited to, any amount of waste listed or characterized as hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or any state agency pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended or applicable by law.

Driveways and Parking Areas -

Customer warrants that any access / location provided for Contractor's equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying sub-surface or any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition, Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to lawns, fences or shrubbery. Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to pavement or road service, lawns, fences and shrubbery.

Disclaimer -

Due to the uncertain soil conditions and sub surface terrain, Al's Rubbish & Container Service cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, curbs, lawns, or walks, wells, and septic systems. It is the customer's responsibility to make Al's Rubbish & Container Service aware or any underground utilities, which might be affected by taking delivery of the dumpster / container.
